Choose a price structure that works for you.

Fixed Price

After a free one hour consultation with you, we will quote you a fixed cost for developing a web site which meets the requirements you have specified. We begin development after you have provided the complete content for the site (including any visuals you wish to specify and your logo and corporate colours). For this fixed cost, we design, implement and test your site. There may be additional costs for the purchase of stock images, if you require these for your site.

This approach provides the benefits of a fixed price, with limitations on how much control you have over the design. It also requires you to have the content prepared before the site is designed.

Hourly Rate

If you wish to have a significant degree of control over the design of your site, or are unsure of your requirements at the outset, we offer web site design and development at an hourly rate. We review the design and progress with you at scheduled milestones, so that you can direct the design and control your costs.

We recommend that you have content prepared prior to the start of site development in order to minimize costs. Knowing your content up front speeds up the task of creating your page layouts and designing your navigation system.

Combination

You can also take advantage of a blended approach. For example, you can start with a fixed price, and switch to an hourly rate if you decide you want make changes to the design that we have developed. Or you can start with an hourly rate, and switch to a fixed price if the project reaches a point where you no longer need to provide input. (At that point we would provide a fixed quote for the work required to complete your site.)

Determining Requirements

If you wish to work on a fixed price, but are unsure of the requirements for your web site, we can work with you at an hourly rate to determine those requirements before you select your pricing option.
